Brad Lundahl, PhD is a MINT Trainer with expertise in Motivational Interviewing (MI). Trained over 10,000 individuals in MI through online and in-person programs. Brad has designed MI training programs for large organizations. He is published extensively in MI, including a newly released book which you can find here. Associate Professor at the University of Utah, specializing in evidence-based practices. Focuses on Deliberate Practice, Implementation Science, and Nonviolent Communication. Founder of Stepping Stone Training, offering scalable and effective MI courses.

Chad McDonald, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah College of Social Work. His research focuses on improving child welfare services through innovative training approaches and implementation science. Dr. McDonald has extensive experience in instructional design and multimedia development, having created numerous online training programs. His expertise includes E-Learning Development, Implementation Science, and Multimedia Learning Theory.

Matt Davis, Ph.D., is a Research Associate Professor in Population Health Sciences at the University of Utah. His research portfolio as Principal Investigator exceeds $6 million in federal grants from key agencies including ACF, HRSA, and SAMHSA. He co-developed the Virtual Social Work Trainer, implementing it across 31 jurisdictions nationwide. Dr. Davis specializes in evidence-based training and implementation science, leading innovations in child welfare services. His continuous quality improvement approach has been recognized by the Children's Bureau as leading the field.
